The role of technology and movement aids is to increase awareness, intent, and focus. To feel the movements naturally, intuitively without thinking.

When we commence any journey, the first question to explore is, where are we? Video and technology are extremely useful tools that have the dual purpose of developing awareness and providing us with evidence-based, unbiased benchmarks.
